Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura

Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), is a disease, characterized by thrombocytic microangiopathy.In thrombocytopenic angiopathy, microvasculer obstructive lesions produced by systemic or intrarenal trombocyt aggregation, thrombocytopenia and mechanic injury of erythrocytes lead to tissue ischemia. TTP first defined by Moschcowitz at 1924 and
it can not be clarified completly at 1980.
