Paget's disease

The infiltration of breast carcinoma cells into the epidermis of the nipple along mammary ducts without any direct invasion is called Paget's disease of the breast. The infiltration can either be microscopic or gross in the form of scaling, erythema, erosion or ulceration. Here we report a 70-year-old woman without a palpable mass diagnosed as Paget's disease of the
breast.
