Meralgia paresthetica (Case report)

Meralgia paresthetica is a painful mononeuropathy of lateral cutaneal femoral nerve. Many factors have been accused in etiology. In this case report, 63 year old female complaining of hypoesthesia and paresthesia on lateral and anterior sides of the right thigh, diagnosed with electroneuromyography, a case of idiopathic meralgia paraesthetica is presented.
