In our centre a case presenting symptoms of ptosis, myosis and enophthalmus was suspected of Horner syndrome and malignity after which was diagnosed as hydatic cyst by thoracotomy. This study is presented because pulmonary hydatid cyst is a rare cause of the syndrome.
