A Trichobezoar Case Consulted for Abdominal Pain and Anemia

Internal Medicine, IstanbulA 21 years old woman consulted to our clinic for abdominal pain and anemia. We found out proximal esophageal web and gastric trichobezoar by upper gastrointestinal barium radiography and endoscopy. It has been removed by surgery. Because of this case we discussed about the bezoars.
