Anesthesiology and Reanimation, IstanbulThree sublings who ate wild mushrooms collected from the fields applied to hospital six hours with symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. The patients were sent home after their symptoms cleared up with fluid therapy. However, 40 hours later they applied to the emergency department of our hospital, with worsening symptoms. All had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. At arrival findings of coagulapathy (INR >2.5, aPTT >2 min., PT: 65 (9 sec, PTA < % 30), increased SGOT, SGPT and LDH levels, hyperbilirubinemia and hypoglycaemia were present.
