We herein present a case of a patient who underwent the Duhamel operation for Hirschsprung’s disease. The patient had hypoxic seizure triggered by surgical stimulation, anesthesia effect, and postoperative agitation and was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot via echocardiography postoperatively.
