Successful Surgical Treatment Of Mitral Regurgitation Due To Mitral Balloon Valvuloplasty

In recent years, in the treatment of invasive methods are slowly instead of surgery. But interventional applications has its own risks and it is not hundred percent innocent. In this case, a fifty year old female patient has been described successful surgical treatment with mitral insufficiency occurs in the early stages due to the applied balloon dilatation of the mitral stenosis.

Tedavide son yıllarda girişimsel yöntemler yavaş yavaş cerrahi tedavinin yerini almaktadır. Fakat girişimsel uygulamalarında kendine ait riskleri vardır ve yüzde yüz masum değildir. Bu olgu sunumunda mitral darlığı nedeniyle balon valvuloplasti uygulanmış elli yaşında kadın hastada erken dönemde oluşan mitral yetmezliğinin başarılı cerrahi tedavisi anlatılmıştır.
