Eccrine Porocarcinoma: A Case Report

Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare but most common malignant tumor among malignant sweat gland tumors that differ in the sweat gland. It can develop from de novo or poroma ground.It is mostly seen in elderly patients and the most common location is lower limb, trunk, head and neck. We presented this rare entity, which has an important place in the differential diagnosis of other antitities, both clinically and histomorphologically, with a case and literature information.

Ekrin porokarsinoma ter bezi yönünde diferansiye olan nadir görülen ancak malign ter bezi tümörleri içerisinde en sık görülen malign bir tümördür. De novo veya poroma zemininden gelişebilir. Daha çok yaşlı hastalarda görülür ve en sık yerleşim yeri alt ekstremite, gövde, baş-boyundur. Biz de nadir görülen, diğer antitelerin hem klinik hem histomorfolojik olarak ayırıcı tanısında önemli bir yeri olan bu antiteyi bir olgu ve literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunduk.
