Otonomik Disfonksiyon
Serdar Kesken1, Yaşar Zorlu1SSK Tepecik Hastanesi Nöroloji Kliniği, İzmirOtonomik disfonksiyon ya da otonomik yetmezlik kavramları, otonom sinir sisteminin çeşitli nedenlerle ve bazı hastalıkların seyrinde ortaya çıkan bozukluklarını tanımlar. Semptomların çeşitliliği ve otonom sinir sistemi fizyopatolojisinin yeterince bilinmemesi sıklıkla tanıda gecikmelere neden olur. Bu yazıda otonomik disfonksiyon nedenleri ve tanı yöntemleri kısaca gözden geçirilmiştir.

Diagnosis has been delayed frequently because of the unknown mechanisms between clinical symptoms and pathophysiology. In this paper the causes and procedures of autonomic nervous system dysfunction are reviewed.
