The patient who was prepared to treat with intralesional interferon and consulted to the department of anesthesiology for pain that may occur during treatment. Epidural anesthesia was applied to the patient during intralesional injections. Procedure was repeated for 5 times every other day. All lesions disappeared 1 month after the treatment and there was no recurrence at the end of 3 months of follow up.
