Biz, ateşli silahla gerçekleşen bir omurga yarası nedeniyle oluşan pnömosefalusu bulunan ilk SAPF olgusunu sunuyoruz.

We report the first case of SPF with pneumocephalus due to a gunshot wound to the spine.
