Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome associated with rectovestibular fistula, though rare, should be kept as a differential diagnosis of this presentation. We present such a case of a one year old female child with MRKH syndrome and rectovestibular fistula.
