A spontaneous heterotopic pregnancy presented with acute abdomen treated with NOTES procedure: Case report

We presented a case of an acute abdomen caused by ruptured ectopic component. Our patient had no known risk factors which made the diagnosis challenging more than it already is. Intrauterine pregnancy was desired by patient and her husband. NOTES procedure was performed and is next-generation minimally invasive procedure in this area.After the procedure our patient was discharged one day after the surgery with viable intrauterine pregnancy.

Bu vakada hasta rüptüre ektopik komponent sebebi ile oluşan akut batın ile başvurmuştur. Hastanın bilinen bir risk faktörü olmaması tanıyı olduğundan daha zor hale getirmiştir. Hasta ve eşinin intrauterin gebeliği koruma istemi mevcut idi.Hasta bu alanda yeni bir minimal invaziv operasyon tekniği olan NOTES prosedürü ile opere edildi. Post-op 1.günde canlı intrauterin gebelikle taburcu edildi.
