Otogreftli Pterjiyum Cerrahisinde Greft Taşımada Çift Takla Tekniği

Otogreftin sütürasyonunu kolaylaştırmak ve ameliyat sırasında doğru greft oryantasyonu sağlamak için yeni bir otogreft taşıma tekniği kullanıldı. Pterjium eksize edildikten sonra ilk olarak otogreftin üç kenarı kesildi. Daha sonra kesilmemiş kenar üzerinden ilk takla attırıldı ve otogreft alıcı yatağın üst sınırına iki sütür ile sabitlendi. Daha sonra, kesilmemiş son kenar kesildi ve otogrefte sütüre kenar üzerinden ikinci takla attırıldı. Doğru yüzey ve yan yönelime sahip otogreft, alıcı yatağa sütüre edildi. Bu basit teknik, otogreftli pterjiyum cerrahisinde otogreftin hem kolay taşınmasını hem de doğru yönlendirilmesini sağlar.

A novel autograft carrying technique was used to facilitate the autograft suturing and provide correct graft orientation during surgery. After the pterygium is removed, three margins of the autograft are cut initially. Then, the first flip over the uncut margin, and the autograft is fixed with two sutures on the superior border of the recipient bed. Afterward, the last uncut margin is truncated, and a second flip is done over the sutured margin. The autograft with the correct surface and side orientation is sutured to the recipient bed. This simple technique supplies both easy transport and the correct orientation of the graft in autograft pterygium surgery.
