Göz Tümörlerinde Yeni Görüntüleme Metodları, Ultrason Biyomikroskopi, Optik Koherens Tomografi, Fundus Otofloresans Görüntüleme
Ahmet Sarıcıİstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hastalıkları BölümüGöz tümörlerinde tanı, tedavi ve komplikasyonların değerlendirilmesinde birçok yardımcı testtten faydalabiliriz. Bu testler içerisinde ön segment patolojilerini değerlendirmede ultrason biyomikroskopinin önemli bir rolü vardır. Arka segment tümör yapı ve komşu doku etkilerinin değerlendirilmesinde ise optik koherens tomografi ve fundus otoflorosans görüntülemeden yararlanılır. Ancak bunların lezyonlarin kliniği ile birlikte değerlendirildiğinde anlam kazandığını unutmamak gerekir.

Among those ultrasound biomicroscopy has a particular role in evaluation of anterior segment tumors. Optic coherence tomography and fundus auto fluorescents have values in determining of architecture posterior segment tumors and effects of tumors to adjacent structures. However it should be noted that those tests have a meaning when they are evaluated together with clinical features of lesions.
