Intralesional trypan blue colored viscoelastic injection for the surgical management of dacryops

Here we describe trypan blue colored methylcellulose injection in the surgery of dacryops performed in a 53 years old female patient to overcome this problem. In this way, taking into account the reduced risk of complications and facilitate the surgical procedure, this could be considered as a useful modification of dacryops surgery.

Bu yazıda bu problemin üstesinden gelebilmek amacıyla 53 yaşında bir kadın hastada uygulanan dakriyops cerrahisinde lezyon içine tripan mavisi ile renklendirilmiş metil selüloz enjeksiyonu tarif edilmiştir. Bu sayede cerrahi işlemin kolaylaştığı ve komplikasyon riskinin azaldığı göz önüne alındığında dakriyops cerrahisinde faydalı bir modifikasyon olarak değerlendirilebilir.
