In this case, we presented F-18 Fluorodeoxglucose (FDG) Positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) images of a 72-year-old male with a history of metastatic mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). PET/CT was done as a part of determination of the subsequent treatment strategy after patient received chemotherapy. PET/CT demonstrated multiple osseous metastases, multiple cervical and pelvic lymph nodes as well as extranodal disease on bilateral testes, bilateral adrenals, and several subcutaneous soft tissue nodules. MCL is a rare form of non-Hodgkin disease, and generally presents with disseminated disease and extranodal involvement. Here, we presented a very rare case of testicular MCL by PET/CT imaging.
