Türkiye’de Mezuniyet Öncesi ve/veya Sonrası Psikiyatri Eğitimi ve Hizmeti Veren Kuramların Özellikleri
Orhan Doğan1Prof. Dr. Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Psikiyatri Anabilim Dalı, SİVASBu çalışmada mezuniyet öncesi ve/veya sonrası psikiyatri eğitimi ve hizmeti veren yirmisekiz kurumun özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Veriler, anket formuyla toplanmıştır. 28 kurumun çeşitli özellikleri kurumlara ve kurumlarm bulundukları yere göre değerlendirilmiştir. Üniversitelerde öğretim elemanı sayısı az, diğer kurumlarda hizmet yükü çok bulunmuştur. Eğitimin ve hizmetin kalitesini arttırmak için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The data have been collected by a questionnaire form. The characteristics of twenty-eight institutions have been assessed according to the kind of institutions and where they are placed. It has been found that the number of education members is not enough in universities and the service responsibility is too much in the other institutions. In order to increase the quality of education and services, some suggestions have been proposed.
