External neck traumas genereally result in death. Incidience of external penetran neck injuries may vary between 1/5000 – 137000 patients among emergency servis referrals. Vascular injuries, eosophagus – hypopharynx perforations, larnygotracheal injuries, bony fractures and segmentations may be encountered in external neck traumas.
